Once you did that one mistake. Try not to ever do it again. For example. Lie. You lie once, you tend to lie again. And the next thing you see, you live you whole life with lies. You will see you start to lie everyone around you.
All i can say is learn from you mistake. Everybody lies. I know. But, it can get in you, and you will lie everytime if you dont stopp.
Be true to yourself, then you will start to be true to everyone.
